Introduction:
I am an instructional technology coach who is passionate about supporting teachers and schools about implementing technology to support instructional goals. I've worked with catholic and charter schools in Staten Island, New Jersey, and Brooklyn to achieve their instructional goals using technology.
In Michigan, I taught for the Lansing School District for 4 years. I have taught Algebra I, ESL Algebra, and Senior Math at the high school level, as well as, 6th - 8th grade math, middle school ESL math, and remedial math skills. I also spent some time teaching alternative high school, using the AdvancePath program. My goal is to help students see the important role math plays in their lives.
Outside of teaching, I love to train and compete with my dog Kepler. We train and compete in AKC obedience and agility competitions. This picture shows Kepler and I heeling in one of our competitions.
